- The Ticket booked is not transferable.

- Passengers are allowed to carry personal luggage at their own risk. Additional luggage will be charged.
- Smoking & Consumption of liquor is prohibited on board.
- Passengers hereby consent to receive communications by SMS / Email or calls from bus operator with regards to the services provided by them.
- Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time

- Mandatory ID Proof: Passengers must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar, Passport, PAN Card) at boarding.
- Reporting Time: Passengers should arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are usually non-transferable; the person named on the ticket must be the one traveling.
- Baggage Policy: Management is generally not responsible for luggage; pets and hazardous items are prohibited.
- Seat Changes: Operators reserve the right to change seat numbers or delay/cancel buses due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund Process: E-ticket refunds usually take 3–7 working days.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation has per cancellation policy of respective ticket.
- Partial Cancellation Is Possible.
- Partial cancellations will be refunded immediately

- Bookings from this site will be eligible for cancellation through Cancellation Form on this site only, In case e-ticket is booked through an agent, please contact respective agent for cancellations.
- On Cancellation, Refund will be credited in 3 To 10 working days in source payment.
- Ticket once transferred cannot transferred or cancelled again.
